If a mail item or package was mailed to my address with a different name not on my account, what happens?

USPS Form 1583

Written by Travis Poole

Traveling Mailbox is required per government regulations, to have a USPS Form 1583 on file for each name that we will be receiving mail under. If an item arrives to your account with a name that has not been authorized, you will be notified with a popup in your account once you login. You will then be prompted to complete the appropriate verification for this name. Once the verification has been complete, the item will then be placed into your account.

After 30 days, any items received without verification, will be returned to the sender.
