I received a large envelope that has several envelopes inside, is it possible to open the large one and action each envelope individually?

Yes! This is what we call "Mail-In-Mail". If you request an envelope to be opened and scanned that contains several envelopes inside, we will remove those envelopes and process them into your account individually. It will then be as if you received those items to your account individually. Note: The items taken out of a larger envelope will have a second sticker on them titled "Parent Envelope (Date)." This will indicate which envelope the items were removed and scanned in from.

In summary, if you have received a large envelope in your account that you know contains additional smaller envelopes, please request that envelope to be "Opened and Scanned" and we will process in the additional smaller envelopes for you to then be able to request actions on.
