Yes! For instance if you would like an envelope to be opened and scanned and then forwarded you can do that from your account at https://my.travelingmailbox.com. Simply click the blue "request action" drop down and click Open and Scan. Then go back again and click Ship to Me. Complete the forwarding steps and once your item has completed the open and scan process, we will then forward it wherever you tell us to!
Note: If this item is urgent, Quick Scan is available for a $5 fee which would complete the Open and Scan process within 10 minutes.
Additional actions can be performed as well after the Open and Scan process such as Shred where we will automatically shred your envelope on site after it has been opened and scanned.
