On occasion, a shipment containing mail or a package that you requested to be forwarded to you, may be returned to Traveling Mailbox. This may be due to weather, an address issue, or a customs issue. If this occurs, we will scan the outside label of the returning package and place that image into your account.
A refund may be available if the error was a carrier or ours. Please contact us if this occurs.
Note: When forwarding postal mail, its highly recommend to use a carrier that provides Tracking. Items that we send via USPS First Class Mail do not always contain a tracking number and we have no recourse if an item is lost with respect to filing a claim.
