When trying to ship something, the system is telling me that my shipment failed to submit and that there was an issue with the payment method. What's wrong?

For all outbound shipments from Traveling Mailbox, we need a valid credit card. PayPal is not available.

Note: Even if your traveling mailbox subscription is through PayPal, we will need a valid credit card on file for any outbound shipments.

To ensure we have a valid payment method on file for shipments, please navigate to your billing portal by clicking Billing at the top right hand corner when you are logged into your account at https://my.travelingmailbox.com. Once logged into your billing portal, click Payment Methods on the left, and put a valid credit card on file. We recommend making it the default payment method also.
