My scanned letter is not printing properly. What do I do?

Occasionally printer settings can conflict with mail that we have scanned due to mismatched settings. Follow the steps below, if you are printing mail that we have scanned and it is not printing properly.

Step 1: In your Traveling Mailbox, click the blue "View" button to open the scanned PDF in your browser.

Step 2: Depending on the browser, click the print button to open your printer dialogue box.

Step 3: Search for the "more settings" or "advanced settings" and search for the "Scale" Settings. Click the option that says "Fit to Printable Area".

Step 4: Print!

That's it! Following the above steps should reorient your scanned mail to fit to the page when you are printing.
