My most recent scans did not get transferred to my integration. Why?

These issues popup from time to time and can be related to a host of issues. We recommend simply navigating to your Integrations page (Green Integrations Link underneath your folder tree) and relinking your particular integration.

Once you've done that, you can go back to your Inbox page and click the "Share" button to resend PDF's to your integration to ensure that it is again working properly.
