What do I do if I signed up for a Traveling Mailbox using the wrong email address?

For security purposes, If your initial subscription was under an incorrect email that you can no longer use, we would require that you signup again on our website for a new account using the appropriate email address.

After you have done that, please send us an email at Support@TravelingMailbox.com to request a refund on the initial subscription.
