Once you signup and obtain your Traveling Mailbox, your subscription billing begins. You don't have to begin sending mail to us immediately, you can start that whenever you would like. However, once you signup for a Traveling Mailbox, billing begins immediately and cannot be postponed.
We understand that you may have signed up early for your account before your travels and you may not be ready to send your mail to us, however we recommend getting mail going to your Traveling Mailbox at least one month in advance of any travels. This will give time for a USPS Change of Address to take effect and to work out any kinks in your mail flow if they should arise.
