How can I redirect my mail with a USPS Change of Address if I have already left/moved outside of the United States?

The USPS has implemented additional security protocols to protect your identity and your postal mail. If you have left the US already prior to issuing a change of address, you may be asked to present ID at a local post office when submitting the change of address online at USPS.com. If this occurs, we recommend contacting USPS at https://emailus.usps.com/s/change-of-address-inquiry for further assistance. The USPS may be able to mail a code to you to validate your change of address.
