Can you hold my mail for me?

Yes! If you cannot forward your mail for whatever reason, and you need us to hold the physical copies for more than 30 days, you can request the items to be placed "On Hold". We will then store your mail for as long as you need for $1 per envelope per month.

As an added level of convenience, you can set your account to Auto Hold all mail expiring (mail that will be shredded after being in your account more than 60 days). Simply turn this on by logging into your account at https://my.travelingmailbox.com, click Account on the left hand side, then click Preferences and check the "Automatically place expiring mail on hold".
