Why would my preferred shipping carrier, whether it be UPS or FedEx or DHL not show up as an available shipping option when shipping my mail or package?

The most common reason a shipping carrier may not show up during the forwarding process is due to an address formatting issue. If this occurs, please double check your address and ensure that it is formatted properly.

In some other cases, the particular carrier may not deliver to that location or Traveling Mailbox does not offer that particular service to the particular destination. For example, for International Shipments, Traveling Mailbox only offers USPS First Class and DHL.
