The goal of Traveling Mailbox is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the services that you receive. We can provide a refund at any time if you request it. Our monthly plans are refundable as well as our annual plans, including unused months. If there is a concern with a particular service that we have provided such as a forwarding request, please reach out to us below so we can attempt to solve the matter and if a refund is warranted, we will promptly issue it.
