After logging into your account, simply click the blue Request button and click the "Forward" or "Ship to Me" option from the drop down menu. Then just follow the prompts by inserting the address and what carrier you wish to use and what level of service.
You can ship items one at a time or together in one shipment.
Note: If the item has been in your account for more than 30 days, then it has become expired and shredded automatically unless you have auto hold turned on thus making the item unavailable to be forwarded to you.
