For security purposes, if you request an envelope to be opened and scanned, we will scan the paper that its attached to. If you wish for us to go back and scan the front and back of it, you can request a Rescan from the blue request action dropdown menu, and then select the "Item contains a credit card" option.
Once this has been requested, a traveling mailbox processor, will go back and scan the front and back of your credit card and reupload the scan for you.
