What do I do when I am ready to cancel/suspend my Traveling Mailbox?

Thank you for allowing Traveling Mailbox to serve you! Please review the following link as it contains important information for cancelling or suspending your relationship with Traveling Mailbox:

To cancel your Traveling Mailbox subscription, please login to your account at https://my.travelingmailbox.com, followed by clicking the Billing link on the left hand menu. In billing, click the Subscriptions tab on the left. Then locate your active subscription and you can cancel your subscription.

Your mailbox will be available until the end of your subscription term. For those who intend to return at a later date, your Traveling Mailbox will be available for up to one year after your cancellation/suspension. Simply reactivate your subscription to begin service with your same address and USPS Form 1583 by logging into your billing portal at https://my.travelingmailbox.com.
