Traveling Mailbox pays a professional company to ensure our emails are delivered to our customers. The most common reason an email is not received by a customer is if our email has been marked as Spam. This will trigger our system to not send any future emails to you.

Please ensure that our domain is an approved recipient in your email list. Contact us if you continue to not receive emails as we may have to remove the email block from our system.
