Can you rescan an item due to something missing or poor quality?

Yes! In your Traveling Mailbox Account, simply click the blue request action drop down, click the Rescan option and we will rescan your item. Rescans are completely free and do not count towards any extra plan limits.

Note: Rescan requests are submitted as quick scans and are usually completed within 10 minutes during normal business hours.
