No! Only if you request an envelope to be opened and scanned, will your page scan allotment be utilized.
The scanning of the outside of envelopes that you receive do not count towards your page scan allotment. Each plan allows for a certain amount of Envelopes to be received. The basic plan allows for 40 Incoming Envelopes per month, the Extended Plan allows for 100 Incoming Envelopes per month, and the Small Business Plan allows for 200 Incoming Envelopes per month. If you receive more envelopes than your plan allows, a $0.25 per envelope fee is assessed. (Quick Note: Customers rarely exceed these limits!)
