The USPS Form 1583 is an authorization form from the United States Postal Service that allows us to setup a private mailbox for you. This form will collect basic information from you such as your address and two forms of I.D. so we can verify your identity before we start collecting your mail. It normally takes around 5-10 minutes to complete the form and verification with our team takes around the same amount of time. Verifications can be done online via a video call with our team.

This form does NOT redirect your mail to us. After signing up for a Traveling Mailbox, you will complete the USPS Form 1583 with our team, and then you can issue a change of address with USPS or contact senders of your mail and give out the new address we have provided for you.
