Can you only scan certain pages from an envelope that I request to be opened and scanned?

Unfortunately no. If you request an envelope to be opened and scanned, a Traveling Mailbox team member will retrieve the envelope and open and scan all contents inside of the envelope except for bound materials.

It would be very inefficient for us to scan certain items as everyone is different and would have different requirements and it would potentially lead to additional work if we have to go back and rescan items to add more pages and so forth.

Note: If you request an item that is considered oversized to be opened and scanned, such as a USPS flat, or 9x12 or larger envelope, and the item contains a large amount of scans that causes your account to exceed its scanning limits, we will drop those scan totals, and charge your account $2.50 for the scan. This will prevent your account from getting the traditional overage charges.
