The Traveling Mailbox Virtual Fax Service is available on the Extended, Small Business, and Enterprise plans at no additional cost. Customers on the basic plan will not have access to this feature.
If you are on the basic plan and would like the ability to send and receive faxes in your Traveling Mailbox, please click Billing in the top right hand corner of your Traveling Mailbox at https://my.travelingmailbox.com, then click Subscriptions on the left, followed by clicking the Upgrade/Downgrade button and configure your plan for the Extended or Small Business package. Note: Be sure to select the same address.
