The first step to have a check deposit request issued, would be to request the envelope that contains the check, to be opened and scanned. Once the envelope containing the check has been opened and scanned and you can see the check in your mailbox, you can then select the task that says "Check Deposit" from the blue dropdown. Once you have done that, please follow the instructions to complete the check deposit request.
