Yes. You can maintain more than one Traveling Mailbox address, and each address has its own separate account. Our switching guide recommends keeping your previous mailbox active during the transition.
Why keep both accounts open?
An overlap gives you time to complete the new-account setup, update senders, confirm delivery to the new location, and manage remaining mail in the previous account.
There is no fixed overlap period stated in the switching guide. Keep monitoring both accounts and close the previous one after mail is reaching the new address and outstanding items are handled.
Can I access both accounts together?
Our multiple-address help article explains that you can link accounts for easier access without logging out and back in each time.
The accounts remain separate. Linking them does not automatically transfer physical mail or scanned documents between them.
Subscriptions and closure
Review the subscriptions associated with both accounts while planning your transition. If you have questions about overlapping charges, renewal dates, or possible credits, contact Support before making changes.
When you are ready, follow the account-closure instructions for the previous account. Be sure you are cancelling the correct subscription.
