How do I download and sign in to the Traveling Mailbox app?

The Traveling Mailbox app lets you manage your mailbox from your phone or tablet. You can review incoming envelopes, request services, and read completed scans while you are away from your computer.

• Download for iPhone or iPad from the App Store.
• Download for Android from Google Play.

Sign in to your mailbox

1. Install and open the Traveling Mailbox app.
2. Sign in using your Traveling Mailbox mailbox login details.
3. Once your mailbox opens, select a mail item to review it or request an available service.

Do I need an account first?

Yes. The app works with a Traveling Mailbox account. Downloading the app does not create a mailing address or activate service. New customers must choose an address and subscription and complete the required account setup, including USPS Form 1583 and identity verification.

The app is free to download. Your subscription and any applicable optional service charges still apply.
