I requested a refund on a closed credit/debit card account. How do I receive those funds?

Traveling Mailbox is unable to issue a refund to a different credit card that you may have on file with us. So if we issue a refund to you on a credit/debit card that is now closed, you will need to contact that particular instituition to request those funds be sent to you.
